| Q: How long does an order take to be shipped |
| A: Orders are shipped the same business day that they are placed (if order placed before 4:00pm CST), if all items are in stock. If items are not in stock, the order will be shipped after the items are in stock. |
| Q: Can I return or exchange an internet order? |
| A: Yes. You may return or exhange an internet order within 30 days, after 30 days store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. |
